Privacy, in plain English

Your Google name, email and profile picture. The applications you add, with stage history, deadlines and, if you choose, salary and private notes. Weekly goals. Contacts and your conversations with them. Groups you join, with their job posts and interview notes. Documents you upload. A record of important changes (the audit log).

We never sell or share your data, show adverts, or read job sites behind the scenes. A pasted job link is read once to fill in the title, company and location, and the page itself is not kept.

Admins can see and edit your applications and documents, so they can help. They cannot see your salary, private notes or contacts. Every time an admin opens your workspace, it is recorded.

Shares: you can share your whole workspace or a single application or document with a member, as View or Edit. Salary, private notes and contacts are never shared. Edits by others show "Edited by [name]".

Groups see only what you post there. The leaderboard shows counts only (applications sent, interviews, offers, goals), and you can hide yourself from it.

Contacts are yours alone. If you choose, a group sees only "[your name] knows someone at [company]".

Documents are stored in a restricted Google Drive folder managed by Crewfolio's admins (teammailboxer@gmail.com), with one approved collaborator. Admins and that collaborator can see all documents. Files are never public or shared by link; Drive access follows your Crewfolio shares, and re-sharing, copying and downloading by viewers is blocked.

Your data stays until you delete it or your account. Audit records are deleted automatically after 12 months.

In Settings you can download everything you own (including salary, notes, contacts and documents) as a zip, built in your browser and never stored by us. You can also delete your account: your data and Drive files are removed, and you choose whether your group posts and notes are deleted or kept as "Former member".

The optional daily reminder email includes only company, role and dates, and a first name for follow-ups. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Ask any Crewfolio admin, who can also delete your account for you.
